General contact information such as name, address, email and contact number are stored digitally in password protected systems. Any sensitive information is stored in encrypted folders.
Analogue records may also be kept in a locked office with no public access.
How Long We Keep Your Data
Basic contact information such as name, address, email and contact number will be kept a minimum of six years for invoicing and tax purposes.
Any sensitive information will be kept only as long as necessary to complete the work requested.
Your Right To Be Forgotten
You have the right to request that we delete all the information we store on you. This may not include basic contact information for tax purposes within the six year period. Alec W. G. Hall Ltd cannot delete your information from third party companies and you would need to contact them directly.
